Indian Girl, is a movie about (and shot in) the state of Oklahoma. We’re currently in post-production, editing a 15-minute proof-of-concept version of the film. We expect to be done with that by December. The shooting took place in and around Pawhuska, Okla., on Aug. 10–16, 2006. Once we're done, we'll shop that short film to film markets and festivals in order to raise funds for the remainder of the project. However, the shorter work will also stand on its own as a document of the state, its history, and its people.
